Welcome to Leme Personal Therapy. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Us

Leme Personal Therapy is a private massage and wellness service offering professional treatments in London, including massage therapy, grooming, spa, and skin treatments.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is secured

  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate when booking

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Booking Policy

To ensure availability and commitment to your appointment, the following policy applies:

  • A 100% deposit is required in advance to secure all bookings

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment

  • Appointments may only be rescheduled within one (1) month of the original booking date

  • By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of payment and/or refusal of future bookings.

4. Payments

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Full payment is required in advance as part of the booking process

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In line with our booking policy:

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of the full deposit

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value

  • Rescheduling requests must fall within one month of the original appointment date

 

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your treatment time may be reduced

  • Full service fees will still apply

  • If significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled without refund

 

7. Health & Medical Conditions

Your health and safety are important to us.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for specific conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe

All treatments are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

 

8. Professional Boundaries

Leme Personal Therapy provides professional, therapeutic services only.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session

  • Full payment will still be required

  • We reserve the right to refuse future bookings

 

9. Age Requirement

  • Services are strictly available to clients aged 18 and over

 

10. Personal Belongings

We recommend bringing minimal valuables.

  • Leme Personal Therapy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

 

11. Hygiene & Conduct

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment:

  • Clients are expected to arrive clean and maintain personal hygiene

  • Respectful behaviour towards staff and the premises is required at all times

 

12. Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • They must be used within the validity period stated

  • Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced

 

13. Liability

  • All treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with treatments

  • Leme Personal Therapy is not liable for any adverse reactions where medical conditions were not disclosed

 

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your confidentiality and will never share your data without your consent, except where required by law.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates
